Combination of diet foods


No matter the quantity or quality, what matters is the combination of foods.


For Dr. Herbert, what matters is not the quantity but the combination, because when the combination does not happen, several toxins are produced by fermentation processes, caused problems in metabolism leading to obesity.

Foods that are allowed:
All foods are allowed. The secret is to combine.

Forbidden foods:
The restriction is the mixture of foods. This diet does not allow the intake of acidic foods with carbohydrates. So you, for example, may not take an orange juice and eat bread.

Advantage: not just for weight loss. The help lies in the detoxification of the body, improving the functioning of our digestive tract.

Disadvantage: the philosophy of this diet does not fit with anything but our eating habits.
