Mediterranean Diet


Foods allowed:
Can you consume monounsaturated fats, omega 3 (salmon, tuna, anchovies, sardines), omega 6 (canola, corn, sunflower and soybean, olive, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews and walnuts), and fruit citrus, vegetables.


Forbidden foods:
Saturated fat, red meat, sweets and sugars in general are not prohibited. But consumption is quite moderate.
